In the private sector, Mr. Boozer has provided performance improvement interventions for highly specialized audiences, including financial services, energy, healthcare, telecommunications, software development, consumer packaging, and aerospace industries. Some of his notable clients include Saudi Aramco, Lockheed-Martin, HP, Panasonic, Scientific Atlanta, Southern Electric, and Rock-Tenn.

In the public sector, Mr. Boozer has provided human capital consulting services for the Departments of Homeland Security, Defense, Veteran Affairs, State, Justice, Agriculture, Commerce, Health and Human Services Housing and Urban Development, the Library of Congress, as well as the United States Postal Service.

 Mr. Boozer is also a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). In that 6-month program, Mr. Boozer gained great insight into how to help his clients get out of their own way and reach their highest potential. He’s coached hundreds of clients, from front-line supervisors to C-suite executives. Mr. Boozer’s passion to serve and assist is frequently noted by his clients; most of his new clients are referrals.

 As a highly sought after facilitator and keynote speaker, Mr. Boozer has facilitated learning experiences in over 100 cities in over 7 different countries, and 4 continents. His areas of interest include strengths-based leadership, talent management, succession planning, and individual and organizational development.

 Mr. Boozer holds a Bachelor of Arts (with distinction and special honors) from Jacksonville State University, as well as a Master of Arts degree from Auburn University.
